Bailey Nelson’s response to COVID-19
To our valued customers,
Following advice from the government today regarding COVID-19, we have closed all of our physical retail stores in New Zealand for at least four weeks, with opening dates being reassessed as events develop. The safety of our customers, patients and team members is our top priority and given the rapidly changing environment.
You can continue to shop with us online and have your glasses shipped direct to you in the comfort of your home. We are also still happy to accept returns for full-price optical and sunglass products at any time in the first 30 days. Free delivery
Recent & future purchases:
If you have recently purchased glasses or contact lenses and are waiting for them to arrive in store please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an update.
If you have frames and lenses ready to be picked up, please ensure you visit us tomorrow or call us to organise free postage. Alternatively, pop into store and we can help you with any last minute needs.. Please make sure you check our updated store open hours here before popping in.
Your eye health remains our top priority.
We are actively reviewing all pre booked appointments and have put in steps to ensure continuity of care.
For regular eye checks, we have reset your appointment reminder for 6 months from today. You are more than welcome to come in for an eye test sooner when we reopen.
For contact lens wearers who need to reorder contact lenses but require a new prescription before ordering, please email email@example.com for further advice.
If you were booked in for an examination related to an eye health issue or if you experience unusual visual symptoms whilst we are closed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further guidance.
